The Regional School District 13 Early Childhood Council is supported by the
Middlesex United Way and Graustein Memorial Fund.
The Regional School District 13 Early Childhood Council's objective is to assist parents and caregivers in preparing young children within the district for successful entry inot school by providing infomration about a variety of resources, learning opportunities and provide the building blocks for a strong foundation to support a child's future school success.

Our Goals:
Parent Support: Provide educational workshops to parents in the community.
Professional Development: Provide professional workshops and training to local early childhood providers. We work to build connections between early childhood professionals in the district and community.
Expanding Early Childhood Literacy: Provide local libraries, child care and community programs with updated literacy materials, parents resources and literature for young children.
Develop Professional Networking Group: The group will meet annually to discuss the needs of providers in the early childhood field in providing resources to help best prepare children for kindergarten.
